Oftentimes, we feel that we are too weak and sinful to be useful to God. The inferiority within us dictates our heart and our actions. \u201cI am not there yet.\u201d, \u201cNo, it mustn't be me that God calls.\u201d But God assures us that the power doesn't come from ourselves, it is from God the Holy Spirit. God points us to witness the difference in St. Peter: From someone who was so weak, denying Jesus three times right after professing his love and pledging his faithfulness to Jesus, who said: \u201cThough all may have their faith in you shaken, mine will never be,\u201d \u201cEven though I should have to die with you, I will not deny you\u201d (Matthew 26:33,35), to someone who led the Church, a daunting task few would dare to take on. \u201cFor human beings this is impossible, but for God all things are possible.\u201d (Matthew 19:26)<\/h2>\n

Didn't Jesus say: \u201cIf you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, \u2018Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.\u201d (Matthew 17:20) This is the power of God working within us! If God lives in us and we in Him, imagine how powerful it can be!<\/h2>\n

So, make no mistake about the source of our ability to move things, and the magnitude of the harvest at the end, as those belong to the Holy Spirit. All we need to do are the following: Nurture an intimate and personal relationship with God and it is through which God equips us and makes us strong. When the time comes and God calls you, answer and say \u201cYes\u201d. Respond promptly, don't wait or hesitate because if the Lord wants you to respond in a year's time, He won't call you now. Then, trust that the Holy Spirit will begin working in you. Be faithful in giving your best while relying on Him along the way. Leave it to the Holy Spirit to multiply your fruits, and enter into the field when instructed by God to be labourer for the harvest. Give all glory to God and then wait for your next \u201cassignment\u201d.<\/h2>\n

The person who is trustworthy in very small matters is also trustworthy in great ones; and the person who is dishonest in very small matters is also dishonest in great ones. (Luke 16:10)<\/i><\/h2>\n

Indeed, fear not <\/b>if we are still weak, and sinful. As humans, we will always be like that! No matter how hard we try and how capable we are, we will always feel inferior when we receive God's \u201cassignment\u201d. At the moment that He calls, it is not the end result that God cares, it is our trusting in Him that counts. <\/b>Because He knows if we allow Him to work through us, the good results are assured. Just remain faithful and trustworthy, and along the way, let God take the driver's seat.<\/h2>\n

\u201cTo anyone who has, more will be given and he will grow rich; from anyone who has not, even what he has will be taken away. (Matt 13:12).\u201d (Matthew 13:12)<\/i><\/h2>\n

We must use the talents that God has given us! The more we use them to respond to His call, the more He will provide, guaranteed. Imagine this: If we use the talents to do God's work, it will be like eating buffet: All you can eat! If you lack anything, just ask Him and He will surely provide!<\/h2>\n
