Day 40 – The Extravagant Homecoming Feast

"This man welcomes sinners and eats with them"
Sins scatter, while the Father gathers. He wants to gather us in, into His House, into His Heart!
In order to bring us back to life, He would do anything, including a complete GIFT OF SELF, unreserved, naked, on the Cross. He is a just God overpowered only by His mercy!
"It is finished"
We are not as helpless as many of us think. Although in this world, we recognize the suffering faces of Jesus everywhere —— injustice, persecutions, violence, wars… —— sin does not shy away from showing its ugly face, yet we are to be there to bring Jesus back into the picture! And during this pandemic, we are not simply waiting for the pandemic to go away. We should actively prepare for a whole new world, a new springtime!
We are to become a new bridge. We are to become Christ to one another!
The GATHERING Heart of the Father wants all of His children to be UNITED in spirit and in action! The Vine and the Branches (John 15:1-10), the Body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12-31), and the Holy Communion all symbolize the all-important UNITY that God desires! There is no division in the Father's House! So, we'd better reconcile with one another before we are admitted to Heaven for eternal peace! It is not too late, but we need to take actions now. Jesus has gone back to the Father to prepare for us many rooms, but whether those rooms will be taken eventually depends on us.
As Christians, we are entrusted with one Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15-16; Luke 24:47-48) to bring as many people back home as possible. But we cannot do that alone! Jesus knew…
Jesus spent His whole three years of public ministry to institute the Church for us! It is meant to accompany us till the end of times. It is the boat that carries us to the Father's House.
Jesus said to them, "Thus it is written that the Messiah would suffer and rise from the dead on the third day and that REPENTANCE, for the forgiveness of sins, would be preached in his name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. And [behold] I am sending the promise of my Father upon you; but stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high."
That promise, the power from on high, is the Holy Spirit. While Jesus is the BRIDGE to the FATHER'S HEART, the Holy Spirit can be seen as the SPRINGBOARD to give us power and guidance to do the Father's will.
We need to first REPENT and RETURN, and then to be baptized and REBORN in the Spirit, and then we should move on to the third stage, RECRUIT.
Today, we should move beyond the images of the younger son and the elder son.
We should move on to become the Father —— to become the Father's face for the world to see. Jesus invites us to extend the BELOVEDNESS to the world by following the NEW Commandment He has given us:
"I give you a new commandment: love one another. As I have loved you, so you also should love one another. This is how all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another."
Jesus wants to continue to heal the wounds and sufferings of this world by extending His mighty hands through us.
And it is through loving others that we RECRUIT more Christ followers. This is the way for the Kingdom of God to be spread quickly on earth.
"God created mankind in his image; in the image of God he created them."
We as CHILDREN OF GOD should lead everyone back to the ONE IMAGE that God created us in, no more separations, no more disfigurations. The day to REUNITE and REJOICE in the Father's House is at hand.
Take the fattened calf and slaughter it. Then let us celebrate with a feast, because this son of mine was dead, and has come to life again; he was lost, and has been found.” Then the celebration began.
REFLECTION
Are you willing to LISTEN TO JESUS to abide in the Church, that is, the Body of Christ, while submitting yourself to the guidance of the Holy Spirit?
How do you plan to become an extension of Christ's LOVE on earth through which you can recruit more followers for Christ?

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

耶穌把祂整個人毫無保留地交出，赤裸地死在十字架上。這時祂終於「完成了。」
我們要回到父家也必須完成我們在世的使命，就是延續耶穌的愛。
讓更多的人體驗到天父的慈愛，帶領更多的人一同回到天父的家，眾人一同喜樂共融地享受天父為我們準備的盛宴，這是多麼幸福美好的畫面呀！
但這並不是垂手可得的，我們必須付出、再付出、像耶穌一樣毫無保留地交出⋯⋯
祈求天主聖神，賜給我力量！讓我能夠為主交出一切。

親愛的阿爸父，感謝祢在這40天避靜裡，使我充滿祢種種的恩寵和啟發。我明白到祢的愛是高深莫測和無微不至的。我願意成為一道新的橋樑，在世上反應出祢慈悲的面容，我極需要聖神的引導和助佑去完成祢給我的使命。我感謝主，讚美主！????
好多謝生命恩泉團隊為我們準備這40天咁豐富又深度的避靜。使我們反省與基督的關係，反思己過，悔改更新。求主祝福你們身心健康，恩寵滿滿！❤️???
親愛的阿爸父：多謝祢在這四十天內，賜給我種種的恩寵及啟發，讓我能更加真實地感受到祢對我的愛，是多麼的細緻和高深莫測。
我願意成為一道新的橋樑。
我會努力成為別人的基督！我十分需要來自聖神的大能這自高天而來的能力，就是聖神。那麼聖神就是力量和引導，幫助我們成就天父的旨意。求祢不要讓我輕視祢賜與我作為祢鍾愛孩子的名份。更不要使祢為我苦等！我不願意再以我的無知的過犯傷害祢。我今後只願活在祢之內，並在祢内獲得更豐富的生命 。
求祢以祢的聖神充滿我，並讓我去隨從祂的方向，奉行天父祢的旨意及給我的使命。

感謝生命恩泉設計這四十天回歸父家之路給天父的子女。這條路啟迪我的靈修旅程、感受到天父的愛滿溢於我心內。感謝聖神的帶領！
四十天悠長的的四旬期避靜，如細水長流地每天在我的心田澆灌，施肥，耕耘⋯⋯使久已乾涸荒蕪了的心田重獲生機蓬勃！
在深思自省感悟中，不斷過濾沉澱，去蕪存菁，讓自己的靈性生命又復茁壯生長！
感恩天主恩賜，讓我自小就心生一份肯定的信仰，更受教於神長的教化，深記真正的基督徒，是把信仰生活化，並活出信仰的喜悅！
但因著這一年來的疫情影響，人人宅居家中，現實生活中所碰撞到的矛盾和痛苦，令體弱多病的我，情緒低落，令我變得軟弱無助，陷於失望中，從未如此遠離過天主！
幸好天主關上一扇窗，又會為你打開另一道門。因著科技的發達，各神長、團體提供了許多網上分享，各類講座、靈修避靜等活動。為我這膚淺的電腦盲可說是大開眼界，在電腦運作上是長知識了，但最得著的還是是四旬期的避靜，為我六十多年的教友生活，這是我一生中經歷最長時間的避靜，亦是一次最深入豐盛的靈修提升，心靈猶如享受了一頓盛宴。
今年聖週的耶穌受難紀念日，令我心感受有如刀割！天父讓祂至愛聖子耶穌為救贖我們罪人釘死十字木架上！這是愛的順服，愛的付出，更是愛的義無反顧！
這是何等愛的代價！
我問自己：你這罪人啊！耶穌能為你捨身而死，你還有什麼不可放下的呢？！
是的，藉著耶穌救贖之恩，喚醒了我生命的覺醒，耶穌的大愛溶化在我的生命裡，主賜的智慧也警醒了我不要再執著。於是在這四旬期裏，我落实具體地每天求主賜我謙虛和勇氣，把驕傲、憤怒、嫉妒、抱怨、種種劣行放下，轉化每天活在謙卑、寬恕、包容、體諒、慈悲、喜樂、平靜、和諧中。最後更要學習天主的大愛 —愛到深處無怨尤—
此刻我心內的田園，如大地復甦，一片良田美景。主的大愛把我心靈洗滌一新，祂的愛充實了我生命，豐富了我的心靈。我開始有意識地視自己是基督在世的肖像，所以我要更愛自己更愛他人，擁抱天主恩賜的生命。我心響往貼近阿爸我的父！求聖神的活水澆灌我，讓我愛主之心火永不止息！
藉著明天基督的光榮復活，求主更新、活化我心，我靈，我生命！也祝福我等所有主內兄弟姊妹平安、健康、喜樂！
最後衷心感謝生命恩泉的負責人和團隊，大家辛苦的付出，唯有上主能回報您等！在四旬期內，各位花費了許多時間和精力籌備及撰寫四十天的避靜資料給參與者，實在不簡單！多謝導引我們懂得如何悉心打理自己的心田。雖然我並未能一一消化吸納，但會保存溫故而知新。
非常欣賞最近幾期都配入一些觸動心靈的歌曲，令人感動更靠近主。謝謝編者別出心裁?
瞬間充滿養分的避靜已近尾聲，心有依依！旦願他日踏上歸家的路，大家與主共享歸家的盛宴！

在第三十八天說: 天父在新約的記載中說了三次話。今天我們會講論其中兩次。請問第三次是在新約那裏？是不是指天父在我們心田講的話呢？
主真復活了! 亞利路亞!
不經不覺「歸家的路」已到了第四十日。好多謝生命恩泉的一班熱心的兄弟姊妹為我們的心田預備好歸家的路。好感動！
以前讀路加福音第15章時，覺得只是一篇耳熟能詳嘅福音。心田的農夫策劃人在這四十日帶領我們好細緻地去深入研讀及做反思和祈禱。真是使我們得益不淺。
特別讚賞讀經講解員的甜美聲缐，口語化的清楚帶領。（我是聽廣東話的。）也很欣賞生命恩泉提供三種語言顧及不同需要的人士。求天主豐厚地賞報你們！
願我們大家都攜手在主的道路上繼續前進，互相支持，彼此鼓勵！

我有幸經朋友介紹, 從第一天起, 就每天一定抽空收這個節目, 算是我作為四旬期靈修, 補贖, 克己, 祈禱的奉獻, 以準備復活更新的大恩。
我竟然很意外地發現這個節目, 不論是在整體的內容, 時間的分配, 講者的投入, 認真, 專業精神, 配音和配樂, 和文字版的細心設計, 字體的粗幼,大小, 都可謂做到十全十美。相信一眾聽者都同我有著同一或更好的回饋。衷心祝禱, 感謝。值得繼續, 推廣和作更努力的宣揚,以更造福更多的兄弟姊妹們。
我在這裡願大胆建議, 如果我個人的心得也正好也是其他聽眾的心得的話, 不妨繼續以同樣或類似的方式, 宣掦聖神在教會, 信友生活上的重要為題, 一連四十天, 或至少作一次聖神降臨九日敬禮, 當作初信者的釋奧期培育, 相信也有其必要。是嗎?
此外, 如果環境許可, 也不妨善用每年的五月, 聖母月來宣揚聖母在救世計劃中的角色, 和敬禮聖母的真諦。
最後, 我本人最近細讀過盧雲著的熾慹的心With Burning Hearts by Henri JM Nouwen, 很詳盡說出感恩聖祭的真義, 相信也是為促進信友對這偉大聖事的認識和珍重的資料。
